Lizzy Shearn is the Team Operations Lead at Solen Software Group. She partners with the CEO and leadership to keep Solen's operating rhythm on track—coordinating key meetings and deliverables, driving follow-through and assisting HR. Lizzy coordinates cross-company projects and workflows to keep teams aligned and on schedule. Previously, she performed similar roles at Barclays and William Blair. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her wonderful family, which includes two busy children.
