Rafael has managed over $100m of ARR as an Operating Partner and throughout his career as an operator had direct contribution in helping grow a portfolio of 15 companies across multiple countries and 5 different verticals: Transport & Logistics, Fleet Management, Car Rental, Workforce Management and Publishing. Rafael has many years of experience working in multinational companies in the banking and telecommunications sectors and more than 10 years in management positions such as CIO IT Director, Head of Project Management Office, VP of Operations and Operating Partner. He earned an MBA from Fundação Getulio Vargas and studied Mergers & Acquisitions at McGill University. Rafael has been married for more 30 years, has 3 children, and has lived in Brazil, Canada, UK, and Mexico. After living 15 years in Montreal, Canada, he recently moved to Salt Lake City and is excited explore the best of what Utah and surrounding areas have to offer.
