Joe Dunleavy is the Director of Human Resources at Solen Software Group, where he leads people operations, drives scalable HR systems and global workforce management. Previously, he built HR and Talent functions at OmniData and MarketDial, supporting growth, acquisitions, and award-winning cultures. He began his career in technical recruiting and HR business partnership. Joe holds a degree in Economics and Business Administration from the University of Utah. Outside of work, you will see him coaching club soccer or on the trails riding dirt bikes.
